that guy was arrested in 2021 and in 2022 for violation of article 2 section 5 (selling ) of republic act 9165 also known as dangerous drug act of 2022. as you can see in this old video of his audition, it is observable that he "is" also a drug user and is tripping.
also, the judges were seemingly high as fcuk since they said "yes" to his untalented audition and to the fact that they let him reached semi-finals while other artists such as marcelito pomoy et. al. who got the talent did not even reached the first level that's why those artist go abroad and audition to program shows like britains or american got talent because it is there were judges judge true talent.
